Well I don't really feel like I am doing a good job on this challenge but I am trucking along. Did upper body workout today and I tried to hit it hard. My diet is going pretty well though I haven't been able to stay away from Christy's cheeseball!!! I am down to 140 now from 145 so I really shouldn't be complaining though it is amazing to me that I weigh 140lbs! I really want to be lean and toned and I need to figure out how to do that...I need to stay true to the challenge and I can acheive it! Dan is doing awesome and I am right behind him. I think I am going to try to cut my calories a bit and see if I can achieve that lean body a little faster.
Forgot my notebook at the gym so I am going to try and remember my weights. Need to really hit my cardio the next two days - maybe we should do Free Day tomorrow and be good for the game on Monday. I really hate trying to squeeze two Free Days into one week.
I am committed we are going to win this thing!
