Day 16 Jan 17

I think I've missed a couple of posts but I guess there really wasn't anything exciting that happened. I've really tried to stay true to the challenge...the weight is not coming off like I would have hoped but I am still trying! I am going to concentrate on my workouts and getting tight - perhaps the weight loss will follow. Did upper body on Monday with Dan and it was awesome, cardio yesterday and tried to push it. Doing legs today and will push that too...going to try some new exercises to stay tuned....

Trained legs!!! Did squats on the Smith press, leg extension, leg curls, inside thighs and outside thighs. Really tried to hit it hard - feel great and felt the burn!!
