Day 29 Jan 29
Last Friday was really looking good and then Free Day happened! I have trouble getting back in gear on Sunday and today wasn't much better. I really feel like I should be farther along with my goals at this point in the game but then again I am not a very patient person. I got out of bed this morning and did my abs - Yeah! Hit the gym and trained legs, squats (heavy) with the Smith press, inside thighs, outside thighs, a few calf raises and ended with 5 mins on the treadmill. Nutrition wasn't too bad today though I will say the portion sizes get me everytime! I really need to work on those. I can see some results in my legs - I've lost a lot of bloat around my hips and thighs but I want more! That's why I will stay committed to the challenge!!
