I've got goals that I want to acheive during this challenge...
- Get the body I've always wanted and be proud of myself
- Feel physically and mentally better and have more energy
- Gain confidence when I take my T-shirt off at the beach that I do look my best
- I want conquer something that I've never done before
- I want to support my husband through the challenge and be victorious together!
So got my 20 minutes of cardio done today and did my meals though lunch wasn't a good choice...Wendy's grilled chick sandwich (no sauce). I am going to lose the weight and get lean and toned!!!
Alright challenge bring it on because I am going to beat you!!
