Day 1 2007 BLF Challenge!

Well here we are at day one. Got on the scale this morning and feeling really bloated and nasty. Acidy taste in my mouth and wondering what the heck did I do to myself over the Holidays! I am going to get the body I've always wanted and I am going to start today! I have our notebook ready on the kitchen table and each evening over dinner we are going to go through that notebook and make we keep it up to date.

I've got goals that I want to acheive during this challenge...

  • Get the body I've always wanted and be proud of myself
  • Feel physically and mentally better and have more energy
  • Gain confidence when I take my T-shirt off at the beach that I do look my best
  • I want conquer something that I've never done before
  • I want to support my husband through the challenge and be victorious together!

So got my 20 minutes of cardio done today and did my meals though lunch wasn't a good choice...Wendy's grilled chick sandwich (no sauce). I am going to lose the weight and get lean and toned!!!

Alright challenge bring it on because I am going to beat you!!
