Very tired this morning but got my 8 minute abs done. Hitting the gym for upper body at noon...
Hit the gym today!! Upper body got quite the workout!! 5 minute warm up, tri cep pull downs, lat pull downs, chest press and shoulder raises. I increased weights and really tried!! I was happy about my workout and I hope I lose even more next week!
Good day - tried to stick to my nutrition plan as best as I could - the rum and pineapple found it's way into my supper plans but I needed to end the week and the emotional stress too.
Next week is a new week and one step closer to conquering my goals!
