Day 32 Feb 1
Started today out right! Got on the treadmill for 10-12 minutes burned 150 calories. Doing cardio at the gym today and packed small portions for nutrition today. I am going to get down to 130 if it kills me - I really want to fit in those Harley jeans...I've got to do it for me. I've got to beat this challenge and see it to the end. Dan is a big help and I wish I had him to workout with me everyday - he's great inspiration! No wonder he is rock solid! At the gym I tried to hit it hard today - 5 minutes on the EFX Ellipical, 10 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the exercise bike. I want to do more jogging when I get home this evening too! I did another 20 minutes on the treadmill tonight - feels good! I really want to get toned...I've got to skip the free day on Saturday since it pretty much occurred on Tuesday. A few drinks perhaps but no bad food - I just can't do it anymore. I've got to do this so I can feel good about myself - I need to give 100%!!! I am going to do it!
