Day 33 Feb 2

Got my abs done this morning though the puppies kept getting the way a bit. Hitting upper body at the gym today and going to stay true to my nutrition plan. Really need to eat the way I did yesterday...no extra snacks no extra bites. I'm a little lighter already just need to stay after it. I didn't get my upper body workout done but got on the treadmill this evening and did 30 minutes.
