Got my abs done this morning. Going to hit upper body at the gym and the treadmill when I get home. I've already dropped off the nutrition wagon with that 1/2 donut I ate but I've got to work it off. I really need to stay focused there are a lot of thing swirling around but I've got to remember that the end is near. I am no where near my goals and that is unacceptable to me....I need to reach my goals so I don't let myself down. Need to watch my portion sizes and be true to my workouts that I will reach those goals and be happy with myself...I really want to do this and I've got to get it in my mind to suceed!
Hit the gym and did the upper body workout...back pulldown, tri cep machine, shoulder machine, chest press and 5 minute warm up on EFX machine. I felt good after doing it.
I am going to start listing my contra-band here so I can see what I am really destroying my challenge goals with...perhaps this will keep me away from the contra-band.
Chocolate iced long john donut...that is just completely unacceptable.
