I have reach a ridiculous 145lbs. That is unacceptable to me and I need to take the reins and responsibility to change it. My goals are pretty simple...I want to feel better about myself and I want to find myself sexy, I want to fit into my old Harley jeans and look good at Bike Week in May. It's a long way to go but I am going to do it. I am going to find the motivation!! I am going to start laying the ground work for a successful challenge right now starting with a vegetable cleanse next week. My diet will consist of oatmeal for breakfast, vegetables through out the day and vegetables and rice for supper. No alcohol next week - I think that's the biggest hurdle right now - staying away from that darn rum and pineapple. Going to try to keep my workouts moving along and then make them more intense upon reaching the challenge. I will get a note book and take it to the gym with me to record my workouts.
My Goals:
Reach an acceptable weight
My clothes including my Harley Jeans fit well
I find myself sexy and feminine
Record my workouts
Continue a healthy diet
Feel my best and regain my confidence
Nose to the grind stone!!!
